At The Vehicle Wrapping Academy, we aim to get your order packed and dispatched as quickly and safely as possible.

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch and deliver orders placed through our online store.

1. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed at weekends or on UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods, product launches, promotions or periods of exceptionally high demand, dispatch may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will endeavour to contact you.

2. UK Delivery

We offer delivery throughout the UK.

Available delivery options and costs will be displayed at checkout based on the products in your basket and your delivery address.

Estimated delivery times will be shown where available.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed delivery service has specifically been purchased.

3. International Delivery

We may offer international shipping to selected countries.

International delivery options and costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout where available.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, courier and customs processing.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, local taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

The Vehicle Wrapping Academy cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

4. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Please check your address carefully before completing your purchase.

We will do our best to amend the delivery address before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

5. Tracking

Where a tracked delivery service is used, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the parcel has been collected by the courier.

Please use the tracking information provided to monitor your delivery.

6. Delayed or Missing Orders

We may need to contact the courier to investigate the delivery.

Please allow the appropriate delivery timeframe to pass before reporting an order as missing, as courier investigations can sometimes take several working days.

7. Damaged Parcels

Please inspect your parcel when it arrives.

If your order appears to have been damaged during transit, please take photographs of the packaging and the contents and contact us as soon as possible.

Please retain the original packaging until the matter has been resolved, as it may be required for a courier investigation.

8. Split or Multiple Shipments

Where an order contains multiple products, we may occasionally send items in separate parcels depending on stock availability, product size or our fulfilment arrangements.

If this happens, you may receive separate tracking information.

9. Delivery Exclusions

Certain products may have specific delivery restrictions due to their size, weight or nature.

Any applicable delivery restrictions or additional charges will be communicated at checkout or within the relevant product listing.

10. Delivery Estimates

All delivery times provided on our website are estimates only unless a specific guaranteed delivery service has been selected.

Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery is outside of our direct control. Courier delays, adverse weather, industrial action, customs delays and other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.
